Dr. Kristy Wood, Chiropractor & Clinic Director
Dr. Kristy Wood is a chiropractic physician and the Clinic Director at College Park Chiropractic. Raised in upstate New York, she discovered chiropractic care after sustaining a sports-related neck injury as a teen. After the chiropractor quickly resolved her issue, she became passionate about living a natural, healthy lifestyle.
She attended SUNY Buffalo for her undergraduate degree, focused on Nutrition Sciences. Ready for sunnier days, she came to Florida, where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2007.
Benjamin, Licensed Massage Therapist
Benjamin studied at the Carnegie Institute of Integrative Medicine where he obtained his degree in Massage Therapy. He continues to furthere his Education at Seminole State College in Health Science. He has been licensed since 2009 in the state of Florida and enjoys working with Chiropractors in the medical setting and the Florida State Massage Therapy Association (FSMTA).
In his 16 years of practice Benjamin has worked with Collegiate Athletes and Professional Athletes as well as weekend warriors. Benjamin is committed to helping people manage pain and improve their mobility so they can live life at the optimal level.
As a Massage Therapist, he strives to educate individuals about the many benefits of massage therapy in its ability to manage pain and relieve stress brought on by daily routines.
Benjamin was raised as an active child and played many sports while growing up in NorthEast, Ohio. He remains active in outdoor activities such as biking and swimming and successfully completed the IronMan Triathlon in Arizona. He enjoys volunteering in the community at social events as well as the Ironman competitions.
